Policies

Return / Refund Policy

Projects / services are non-cancelable / non-refundable. Projects / services may be postponed, delayed, and rescheduled without penalty and without time limit. Payments are due as specified, regardless of other issues.

Speaking Engagements Payment and Return / Refund Policy

Projects / services are non-cancelable / non-refundable. Projects / services may be postponed, delayed, and rescheduled without penalty and without time limit. Payments are due as specified, regardless of other issues.

Coaching and Mentoring Services

Coaching and mentoring services are non-cancelable. We do allow for “freezes” so that people can take a break from the time schedule if they are overburdened, want to take a vacation, etc. Payments are due as specified regardless of issues.

First Aid/CPR/AED, Basic Life Support, and Babysitter Trainings

To reschedule, please send an email info.arprofessionalservices@gmail.com at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the class start time will result in a $30 processing fee that must be paid prior to you being put in a new class.

Cancellation without rescheduling to another AR Community Care class is subject to a fee equal to 50% of your base registration fee.

Taxes and fees are non-refundable. Cancellation within 48 hours of class start time is non-refundable.
