Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 72 hours of the class start time will result in a $30 processing fee that must be paid prior to you being put in a new class. Cancellation without rescheduling to another AR Community Care class is subject to a fee equal to 50% of your base registration fee . Taxes and fees are non-refundable. Cancellation within 48 hours of class start time is non-refundable.
